The parcel machine is located in an easily accessible location in the Metrosert Tallinn office and is open 24 hours a day. You can pick up your equipment at a time that suits you!
How do I receive my parcel?
Once the equipment has passed the calibration or verification process, it will be placed in the parcel machine and you will receive an SMS with a personal door code. The code for the door opens both the parcel machine and the door to the place where it is located. You can pick up your parcel from the parcel machine 24 hours a day, regardless of the weekday.
How to bring a parcel to us?
Contact our customer service and we will provide you with further instructions and send you an SMS with a personal door code. Write your first and last name or the name of the legal person and mobile phone number on the parcel.
