On December 12, we recognized employees of Metrosert’s Applied Research Center and National Metrology Institute who had been noticed and nominated by their colleagues, as well as highlighted several outstanding initiatives and achievements accomplished in 2025. Here, we present this year’s top performers and wish them continued strength and success in the future!

The “Brand Ambassador of the Year” title was awarded to Allar Pärn, national standard keeper and measurement specialist.

His laboratory tours, training sessions, and active role across several divisions have made him a visible and valuable driving force. Allar’s enthusiasm, belief in what we do, and his meaningful social media presence create a positive image and impact for Metrosert. A true brand ambassador in every sense.
The “Achievement of the Year” title, together with the traveling trophy, was awarded to the Autonomous Vehicles Team for the opening of their laboratory.

The opening of the autonomous vehicles laboratory was a complex and demanding undertaking that required strong commitment, clear direction, and consistent effort. The project brought together multiple teams, resulting in a laboratory built professionally and to a high standard from start to finish. The opening marked a major success, giving Metrosert a new direction, new opportunities, and a strong platform for further development in this field.
Congratulations to the people of the year at Metrosert, who do their work with passion, intelligence, and precision!
