AS Metrosert is fulfilling the functions of a central institution of metrology under a long-term agreement concluded with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications.


Processing of personal data

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.*

Personal data processing means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.**

The processing of personal data submitted upon registration for training

AS Metrosert processes the personal data submitted via the training registration form (participant’s name, personal ID code, position, contact phone number, e-mail address) in the preparatory and organisational activities related to training, for entry onto training certificates (participant’s name and personal ID code) and for keeping records of training certificates (participant’s name). AS Metrosert does not release the submitted personal data to third persons.

The processing of personal data submitted in a training offer request

AS Metrosert processes the personal data submitted via the training offer request form (name, e-mail, phone number) in activities related to responding to the request (specification of the request, if necessary, making an offer, etc.). AS Metrosert does not release the submitted personal data to third persons.
